Room rates do not include 10% occupancy tax and $2.00 Business District Assessment Tax. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Attendees canceling a reservation must cancel 72 hours before the scheduled day of arrival to receive a full refund of the deposit.

The Fairmont must receive reservations no later than September 11, 2009. After this date, the balance of rooms will be released to the public. Be sure to request The Optical Society group rate.
