FiO LS is one conference, offered in two formats: In-Person and Virtual. All technical sessions are recorded and available on demand for up to 60 days after the event concludes.

The Technical Conference is organized around key themes that bridge the gap between scientific discovery and real-world applications. These themes highlight groundbreaking research and its technological impact, offering deep dives into the most promising innovations of tomorrow. Each theme features an all-invited program of panel discussions and is anchored by a 45-minute talk presented by a visionary speaker.

Complimenting the technical program, the Science + Industry Showcase features an exhibition with leading optics companies, live technology demonstrations and industry-focused show floor programs. Attendees will also have the opportunity to engage with cutting-edge research through multiple poster sessions featuring more than 500 presentations.
