A Theoretical Study of Nonlinear Multi-Channel Graphene Components for the Near and Far-Infrared (JTh4B.17)

Two graphene-based nonlinear multi-channel components are presented. They include a graphene-enhanced silicon disk for saturable-absorption-induced routing in the NIR together with a graphene standing-wave ribbon resonator for FWM in the FIR.
